THE JOB:

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations at our quick-service restaurants – Detroit Central Market, Roasted Bean, and Breeze. You will provide a clear strategy leading the team to achieve the operational and financial goals of the outlets.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Collaborate with the restaurant chef and culinary team to ensure a seamless service experience between the kitchen and dining room
• Oversee staff and operations to ensure that service and safety standards are met
• Assist with ordering inventory and other essential office functions
• Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience
