Experiential Marketing is an explosively growing field that now ranks as one of the top five strategies that companies use and 75% of marketers said that events are crucial to their brand success. At TH Experiential, we are a seventeen year old agency in the space with Fortune 500 brands clients including Unilever, Sephora, McDonalds, L’Oreal, Ebay, DoorDash, IKEA, Kohls, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


RFP CREATIVE MARKETING / 360 CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Stay abreast of social media, cultural and industry trends through competitive category and vendor research
  • Lead/attend client meetings, intake calls, RFP briefs and presentations
  • Develop engaging brand experiences cross channels, using key insights, that deliver on client goals and objectives, translating concepts via proposal decks, mood boards and white papers
  • Build activation influencer strategies as needed
  • Manage client communication throughout creative RFP process, with the intent of fostering and developing a long term business relationship
  • Frame up the RFP response, leading deck creation with strategy and creative teams
  • Monitoring trends in the news, entertainment, technology, and other industries to identify new opportunities
  • Manage and mentor junior strategy team members and interns
  • Ensure the RFP SOP is executed, tissue sessions, and all internal review meetings are set up
  • Research potential venues, locations, events and sponsorship opportunities as necessary
  • Brief in all RFP teams on approved opportunities and kick off the proposal process
  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Develop 360 campaigns, including influencer, social, digital, commerce, and IRL wherever applicable or directed
  • Support internal brainstorm sessions
  • Support capabilities and proposal deck pitches to prospects and clients
  • Work with Production/Sales teams to create post-project recaps and sales materials as assigned
  • Recap all intakes and outline clear next steps for RFP teams
  • Lead the marketing strategy development of creative marketing ideas that parallel accurate budgets and execution strategies
  • Review all new business opportunities with leadership daily and align on next steps
  • Fully review and digest assigned RFP briefs ensuring all goals and objectives are understood and achieved in the final proposal
  • Proposal deck copywriting


WHAT YOU’LL HAVE

  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding marketing goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a variety of channels.
  • Innovative thinker, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve and exploring new and creative marketing ideas.
  • Experience in campaign ideation and concepting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Influencer and creator marketing strategies and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Desire to travel as needed for select events and team building activities.
  • Ability to develop 360 campaign extensions across IRL, ecomm, social, influencer and press
  • Copywriting and proofing
