Creative Designer (Contractor, Remote)

WorkMagic is a startup founded by a team of experienced veterans from Google, Meta, and Tiktok. Our mission is to reshape marketing and commerce through the power of Gen AI. We’re now looking for an experienced Creative Designer, who can join our marketing team to create strong branding, sales, and marketing collateral.

This is a contract position

• Duration: Starting from 2 months
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Remote - work from anywhere (EST/PST preferred)
• Hourly range: $30-45 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Use a range of design software tools to create graphics, layouts, video, and other visual elements.
• Maintain, own, and distribute branded assets and guidelines
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and evolving design technologies to inform future design solutions
• Manage design projects from conception to final production, ensuring high-quality design and timely delivery.
• Create strong branding, sales, and marketing materials, including but not limited to website, social media, email marketing, pitch deck, and more.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to work on multiple projects efficiently and maintain attention to details
• Passion for Gen AI and emerging technologies
• Portfolio of previous design work demonstrating a range of design skills and styles
• Thorough understanding of design principles, such as typography, color theory, and layout design
• Self-starter work ethic, ambitious personality that is comfortable with ambiguity and change
• Thrives on design challenges and taking creativity to the next level.
• 2+ years proven experience in graphic design within a marketing or agency environment
