What You'll Do As a Graphic/Packaging Designer:

• Design and develop new and innovative packaging, catalogs, logos, trade show signage, and POP displays.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of corrugated packaging experience preferred

Create manufacturing layouts for Business Unit corrugated packaging production

Develop prototypes for review by customers both internally and externally

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

Proactively maintain knowledge of the creative gaming landscape, current events, and news

3+ years Graphic Design experience in Entertainment and/or experience in Digital Streaming Media is highly preferred

Relevant work experience in the creative industry (UX, UI, the arts, creative agencies, start-ups, social media, gaming, etc)

Proficiency with Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) or similar streaming software to create and manage live stream overlays and assets.

Experience working within advertising, creative management tools a bonus.

BA/BFA Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field with 2-3 years of Design Experience

Develops packaging design and production files for a wide variety of housewares and wall décor items in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Creative Liaison -Print management, partnering with the field on deliverables

Strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop (manipulating images), Illustrator, Digital and Print design experience

Industry experience such as Bio, Life Science, Government, Agriculture is a plus

Event Creative - Banner bugs, posters, booth assets, meeting signage, theme artwork

International Communications - internal flyers, PPT presentations, brand guideline development, assembly meetings internally hosted for employees, map designs

Website/Digital properties - using Drupal 9, CMS system is pretty straightforward, social post creation and scheduling (Sprout)

2+ years relevant experience in packaging/graphic design

Previous experience or interest in outdoor recreation is a plus!

Design packaging for various products using provided assets

Update packaging design, including adding new fonts and backgrounds, the companys logo, and other product features to the 2D layout

Update and make necessary revisions based on client feedback

Assist in other design projects as needed

Experience with working collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary team and possess excellent communication skills.

Have experience in designing integrated digital campaigns while being able to translate these concepts to print collateral.

Confidently communicate and work as part of a cross-functional team, including writers, media buyers, analysts, other designers, clients, account managers, etc.

Design packaging from concept through execution to production

Working with licensing brands to ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines

Work closing with the sales, licensing, and product development teams to ensure proper guidelines are being met

Work closely with the entire packaging team to review packaging communication from the factory about the development of your designs

Ensure all artwork produced meets our needs, requirements, brand values, and guidelines

Manage design presentation preparation, including mock-ups, mounting, and PowerPoint summaries

Manage project organization for all project binders and archive design solutions and illustrations

Develop and maintain knowledge of printing technologies and methodologies for all POS and packaging components

3+ years of relevant experience as a creative or graphics designer

Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)

Familiarity with design references, knowledge of surface and pattern design.Experience in jacquards a plus.

Two years minimum of work experience in Home Textile or Fashion design.

Strong technical competencies of design, CAD skills, Photoshop and Illustrator are mandatory.
