Graphic Designer Contractor Jobs

Collaborate with the brand/growth teams to gather requirements and provide design solutions for promotional and educational emails

Develop interesting, delightful or educational graphics (eg. infographics, videos, GIFs, memes etc.) for our social media profiles on Instagram

Previous experience in an e-commerce environment preferred

A breadth of experience designing beautiful and effective marketing and campaign materials

Design emails using our modular design system and build them in our WYSIWYG editor, Stripo

Proof and QA emails prior to deployment

Exceptional planning, prioritization, and project management skills to manage multiple activities and projects with rapid development

Learning Management System (LMS): Utilize our learning management system to organize, deliver, and track training materials and learner progress.

Options to work at one of our two offices in a hybrid-working model or remotely from home, depending on the position

MULTIMEDIA DEVELOPMENT(Proficiency: Advanced) Demonstrated experience developing videos, gifs, voiceovers, and script writing.

Proven experience (4+ years) in instructional design and curriculum development for customer training, preferably in a technology or software company.

Confident presentation and storytelling skills

Strong infographic design and information architecture experience, incorporating 508 requirements

Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Fraud Risk Management (FRM) domain

Experience in graphic production from start to published/printed product with knowledge of printing processes (offset and digital) and colour management.

Provide support and feedback. This can include answering questions and offering feedback on the quality of the materials produced.

Proven experience in converting High-resolution materials into editable Canva (or similar tool) system

5+ years of in-depth writing, editing or instructional design, project management related experience.

Knowledge of current trends in learning experiences.

Conduct and synthesize user research to scope topics for skill programs

Conceptualize, write, and produce bite-sized skills programs based on user feedback and engagement data, consistent with learning theory.

Research, curate and provide learning solutions and product recommendations that ensure a highly engaging user experience.

Devise modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of the skills content and promote retention.

5+ years of experience in-house or agency work

Strong collaboration and organizational skills, with great attention to detail

Open to learning new skills, tools, and approaches

A strong online portfolio of work showcasing design thinking and execution

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Figma, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365

Expresses care for file structure, naming, and other taxonomy and can understand the impact it makes on an overall creative system

Work can be done remotely but needs to be based in the U.S.

You can use Mac or PC but you will need a current version of Adobe Illustrator.

Must be flexible with weekly schedule. The workload will vary as indicated above.
