As one of our Graphic Designers, you will play a crucial role in the creative process of designing and producing the designed elements of our creative content. You will collaborate closely with the marketing teams in order to produce content that’s both inviting and engaging for consumers.

Part-time position with an opportunity for a full-time position once reviewed

Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Design leaflets, instruction manuals for tradeshows and products
• Design layouts for company website (hosted on Shopify)
• Design templates for email campaigns
• Enhancing/re-touching product photos from photoshoots (be able to implement on various channels of media)
• Design graphics for various Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Pinterest, YouTube)

Design - Conception:

• Collaborate effectively with marketing and strategy team for a cohesive brand vision when launching upcoming products
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine visual concepts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project goals
• Create brand concepts for new products

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Experience designing physical products
• A strong passion for the start-up life and openness to being a part of something special
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience as a graphic designer.
• Adaptable to changes in timeline and direction – we are a start-up after all!
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work with individuals over zoom
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and visually appealing design work

Preferred:

• Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Creative agency experience working with range of different clients
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for web-based design projects
