Courier, Office Services Jobs

• Drives company van to designated medical facilities according to a daily schedule to pick up and deliver lab, drugs, x-rays, medical records, central sterile totes, inter-office mail, U.S. mail, pharmaceutical materials, office supplies, PPE, educational materials for health education classes, and other materials to ensure timely delivery and pickup; loads and unloads material and US mail at each location; ensures vehicle is locked and secured when unattended; signs pharmacy log and signs in and out lab logs. Obtains appropriate and legible signatures for service request.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintains service maintenance on company vans to ensure driving condition is safe.
• Picks up and delivers PPE supplies and other medical equipment as needed from warehouse.
• Turns in monthly update reports on van performance first of every month.
• Picks up full/empty totes for return back to warehouse, regional office or central sterile at Glenlake.

• One (1) year experience driving a cargo van or commercial vehicle on Georgia highways.

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

• Drivers License (in location where applicable)

• Knowledge of the DOT rules and regulations for the state of Georgia.
• Good physical condition.
• No more than one (1) moving violation or three (3) points on drivers license per year.
• Provides courier and mailroom back up as needed.
• Complete a Customer Service Assessment.
• Dependable, reliable, follow set schedule and a team player.
• Must be flexible in working any shift for courier routes, mailroom or shipping/receiving.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Good decision-making skills, communicator, good customer service skills and pays attention to details.

• One (1) year of college.
• Twenty one (21) years old (required by our insurance company).
• Customer service aptitude demonstrated through Customer Service Assessment.
