This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Company’s strategic plan, initiatives and policies, aligning them with market trends and customer demands.
Skills & Experience Required

• Experience with international brands
• Extensive experience in a senior management role within the sign manufacturing industry
• Experience with Tier 1 commercial builders
• Corporate knowledge in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and profitability. Relationship Management
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Planning and organising to drive results
• Major Projects management experience
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
