Significant prior legal experience with either a law firm and/or in-house experience at a financial services institution.

Experience working on derivatives documentation (ISDA, FCM, MSFTA, and options agreements) preferred.

Experience working on corporate restructurings involving loan and high-yield bonds is a bonus.

Experience with corporate governance issues, corporate secretarial duties and related issues in a variety of jurisdictions.

Compensation: $220-250K base plus discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package

Juris Doctor from accredited, top-tier law school

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Manage and execute global liquidator process in partnership with global partners, sales teams, supply chain and finance

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail

Drive commercial refill strategy in partnership with Brand education and sales leads

Manage and execute commercial donation process

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills

Supervise and manage outside law firms.

Prior legal experience in employment/labor law litigation, commercial agreements and litigation, real estate lease negotiations. and/or licensing

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the Company’s business operations in 27 different states.

Experience with contract, employment, and IP law.

Experience drafting, negotiating, and interpreting contracts required.

Review, negotiate, and prepare contracts, requests for proposals, and other legal documents for the company.

Manages various legal compliance matters, as well as internal and government investigations

Manages and consults with outside counsel in a cost-effective manner

Moderate amount of experience practicing law in a nationally recognized law firm or an in-house legal department, or other related experience

Drafts, negotiates, reviews and revises complex contracts and a wide variety of other documents for the university

Prepares and presents training programs to employees on various areas of the law affecting the university

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

J.D. and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related area.

Experience with drafting complex agreements and creating standard agreements.

Coordinate project delegation to outside counsel based on necessary expertise, and confer and manage regularly on same.
