Corporate Development Manager (M&A)

Korn Ferry has partnered with our engineering client in their search for a Corporate Development (M&A) Manager. This role is new – it will be dynamic and functioning within a fast-paced, high growth environment.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Take leading role in helping update, refine, optimize, or create playbooks, processes, trackers, etc
• Perform preliminary internal due diligence and assist in management presentations
• Assist in integration planning (pre-closing) and integration execution (post-closing)
• Research the marketplace for potential targets, evaluate targets and develop marketing plan

Skills Needed

• Self-starter – willingness / ability to think outside the box
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of project management, and the M&A process
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and quality assurance capabilities
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor’s in Finance, or a related field
• Work Experience: 2-10+ years in M&A
