Our Productivity Enhancement Group has created a position for a Corporate Account Manager Bolting Specialist. HYTORC is seeking an experienced management level candidate that has direct experience selling to the transportation industry. The ideal candidate will work independently with a network of his or her own industry contacts and our company management, to identify potential clients and schedule meetings that will ultimately lead to sales of our industrial bolting technology. Candidate will also work as a liaison between our current sales representatives and their customers to leverage existing relationships with transportation customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and to provide sales support
- Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives
- Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents
- Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services
- Access difficult to reach areas; precisely measure processes and equipment in order to produce and/or describe basic solutions
- Document needs of customer, meticulously follow up
- Independently generate leads and to bring new fastening and bolting solutions to industrial equipment owners, OEM’s, design firms and maintenance companies that specialize in markets that utilize industrial size nuts and bolts.
- Make appointments to visit various sites: Provide presentations on our products, application surveys, direct installation processes, troubleshoot and/or provide operational/safety training functions
- Develop plans to introduce products in new markets
- Make technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess hands-on mechanical aptitude, and exceptional social skills. Must have a successful sales background, self-drive and self-determination to make a positive impact on the organization. Must, be comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations to managers and engineers using multi-media. Must also have the ability to inspire confidence and build rapport with craftsmen while giving live demonstrations of our equipment at the client's site. HYTORC has the only bolting products that can truly enhance overall productivity. The ideal candidate will know how to spread the awareness amongst the decision makers within Over Road & Rail OEM’s and DOT Organizations.
