This Account Manager will work within Microf's Sales and Marketing team to drive new and existing HVAC contractor engagement through a defined approach by focusing on retention, increased revenue, growth, and utilization rates of newly enrolled contractors with lease and loan products. This role comes with a starting pay range of $25 per hour to $31.25 per hour with unlimited potential for additional incentives based on utilization rates and revenue brought in by market performance. In addition, this role allows for eligibility for Microf's benefits such as health, dental, vision, and other ancillary benefits, tuition reimbursement, paid leave, 401(k) program, and employee wellness programs. Occasional travel within the market may be asked of this employee to attend an event or to work with a contractor.


This is a work-from-home role, with Microf looking to hire candidates from within our southwestern market:

  • AZ
  • UT


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Continue building a pipeline of sales by increasing the Microf value proposition with existing contractors and their teams.
  • Relationship building
  • Assist contractors to utilize leasing products.
  • Keep sales force up to date with contacts, financing information, activities, and other essential information daily.
  • Document all calls and other contractor interactions in SFDC (Salesforce),

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:


  • Six (6) paid holidays per year.
  • Eligible for participation in the Company’s Group Medical Plan and Group Supplemental Insurance Plan on the 1st day of the month following the completion of the Employee’s first 60 days of service.
  • Eligible for participation in the company’s 401(k) plan after one year of service.
  • Fifteen (15) days paid time off annually after 90 days of employment – prorated based on the date hired.


Pay Range


  • Starting base pay range for this role will be $55,000 to $65,000 annually, paid on a salaried basis.
