Repair Order Coordinator Jobs

Inventory management or warehouse experience preferred

Manage system Inventory Dashboard (for prompt receipts and fulfillments).

1-3 years of retail experience, interiors/home furnishings field preferred or 1-3 years as a Store Associate at Serena & Lily

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Monitor and communicate order status updates to the sales team (including availability issues and backorder notifications).

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent years of work experience.

3+ years’ experience in system order management (entry to closure) with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Adapts to changes in the organization by proactively changing own work habits to accommodate new/different requirements.

Experience with ERP systems, Oracle

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities

Maintain working knowledge of Forcepoint products and order processes

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years customer service, order processing or related experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Solid multi-tasking skills and teamwork mentality

Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Responsible for timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and communicating with on-site Account Manager and Purchasing Agents in China

Monitor all monthly shipments and follow up with Account Manager and Purchasing Agents

Highly skilled in and dedicated to Customer Service

Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication

Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse departments regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability

Coordinate and manage daily cycle counts.

Evaluate and monitor part inventories to ensure proper levels in accordance with manufacturing needs.

Notify proper departments of inventory adjustments and their effect on production.

Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.

Perform other work related tasks as assigned.

Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Adhering to HSE activities, requirements and behaviors as outlined in our HSE management system

Managing grower/vendor contract maintenance, contract data entry, crop update reporting, grower/vendor payment preparation and execution

Maintain grower/vendor contracts and files in organized fashion to aid in information and audit requirements

Distribute information regarding phytosanitary inspection requirements from Crop Planner to responsible Agronomists and Production Specialists in time sensitive manner

Monitor quality requirements as per contract

Prepare grower/vendor payments as per contract requirements
