Summary
Maintains working knowledge of order and purchasing standards/policies, customers, OEMs, vendors, and processes of credit, purchasing and invoicing departments; uses knowledge to build compliant orders and purchase. Processes, reconciles, and monitors product orders. Ensures timely and accurate data input and proper communication of order information to different departments within Logicalis. Establishes working rapport with sales and finance teams. Responds to periodic customer interaction on order issues and general sales support functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages incoming order flow to ensure proper priority based on customer, OEM, and Logicalis requirements.
- Works with customers and Finance departments to assist in resolution of order processing and invoicing issues without compromising order standards and policies.
- Validates input documents to assure sales transaction’s integrity and compliance with Logicalis order standards, process requirements and vendor policies.
- Creates sales transactions, quotes to orders and purchase orders to our vendors, in the Logicalis order processing system.
- Maintains vendor relations
- Maintains current product knowledge within Logicalis business environment including but not limited to: HP, IBM, CISCO, EMC, Symantec, Veritas and Micrososft.
- Manages inventory entry with attention to detail and general understanding of products.
- Maintains working knowledge of Logicalis vendor contracts.
- Provides sales order status to sales team as necessary.
- Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
- Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
- Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications
Equivalent combination accepted.
Education:
- Associate’s Degree in a related field.
Experience / Technical Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in a related area.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
Certifications
- None

- Excellent communication skills - oral and written presentation abilities to work effectively across functional groups.
- Ability to follow through with tasks/projects/troubleshooting with minimal supervision
- Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative, analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to successfully work as a team and independently.
- Detail oriented.
