Order Operations Analyst Jobs

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent years of work experience.

3+ years’ experience in system order management (entry to closure) with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Adapts to changes in the organization by proactively changing own work habits to accommodate new/different requirements.

Experience with ERP systems, Oracle

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities

2+ years pharmacy or pharmaceutical distribution experience

Any experience as Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT. strongly preferred

Any analytics or transaction monitoring background or education

Execute internal SOM policies and procedures and ensure compliance with documentation and reporting standards

Assist in activities related to the implementation, maintenance, support, design, and feedback of Suspicious Order Monitoring program

Analyze and monitor pharmacy transactional activity for trends and exceptions that may indicate potential diversion or fraudulent activity

Strong Order Management Operations Experience

Ensuring proper management and retention of department and customer files.

10+ years of Sales or Revenue Operations or Finance operations experience

Working with different teams (Field Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to share information and insights.

Improving departmental efficiency and customer experience through continuous improvement methods.

B.S. in Finance or Business Administration

3 years + experience, minimum, working with data entry, customer service, or similar experience

Excellent organizational and collaboration skills

Customer service/support - handling inquiries from internal and external parties regarding operation policies and procedures via email, phone, chats and in-person

Other miscellaneous tasks that may be required of the role (running reports, monitoring order flow, etc.)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Outlook, Excel

Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment

Maintain working knowledge of Forcepoint products and order processes

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years customer service, order processing or related experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Solid multi-tasking skills and teamwork mentality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
