Provide support to the Project Manager on the management and control of the facilities management contracts.

Conducts periodic site walk-throughs and partners with management insuring building conditions and life safety systems are operational and current.

Assist managers in triaging work orders for the maintenance crew across the domestic real-estate portfolio.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or other related field,

Knowledge of the Government procurement lifecycle and associated procurement systems,

Have a working knowledge of DPAS and Export Regulations

Possess excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with various functional groups at all levels, both internal and external

Lead negotiations for all major contracts

Manage the Performance of Contractors and Consultants after award, including Key Performance Indicators.

Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, negotiating, and auditing techniques with an emphasis on wireline, internet, and mobility expense management

Strong quantitative and analytical, project management, organizational and document skills

Lead Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platform migrations

Proven ability to manage multiple, critical initiatives to create and guide implementation of telecom management strategies with key cost saving outputs

Track contract lifecycle and product offerings, analyze contract performance, present customer performance results to Management.

5 or more years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, managed care, or contracting.

Manage the executed agreements during their term; Develop amendments and communications to the customer.

General knowledge of how changes in healthcare laws and regulations impact critical customer engagements.

System Enhancements – Partner with BT to document requirements, and test functionality
