Contract Manager - Epc

This company is a global market leader specialising in complex, Tech and Power projects. They employ over 100,000 people and achieve multi $billion revenues.

A new position exists for a talented commercial contract manager to join the business and support a growing portfolio of exciting projects for major client organisations.

This is a permanent position, based in the USA with some travel in-country and the wider region.

Location within the US is flexible, working arrangement is hybrid or even fully remote dependant upon the individual's location.

Reporting to the regional CM director this position will be fully integrated into the company's project activity taking direct responsibility for a business critical remit across the NAM region.

Working alongside the projects, commercial and legal functions the role holder will oversee contract management activity and it is essential applicants have applied CM experience supporting EPC projects.

For consideration applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Focussed on execution / negotiation or both
• EPC, construction industry background
• Experienced within a fast-paced, project-led environment
• 5+ years applied contract management experience on sales / contractor side
