Location: 100% Remote in U.S.

Contract length: 6 months or longer

Salary: $38-$41/hour – depending on experience

Background Profile

· 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition Coordinator experience, including interview coordination and scheduling

· Strong ability to write attraction-based and engaging job descriptions and must have excellent editing experience

· Experience with managing a variety of TA/HR related projects with a "jump in where needed" approach

· Experience using ATS systems, Workday a plus

· Flexible, problem-solver, adaptable

· You’re passionate about providing an excellent candidate experience within a virtual hiring corporate environment with a collaborative, team-player attitude

· Must be able to work in the US without restrictions and/or sponsorship, now or in the future
