Job Description
Role: Clinical Contract Assistant
Location: Lake Forest, IL - 60045
Duration: 12 Months on W2
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM

  • Obtains approvals necessary and routes for signature
  • Analyzes and resolves technical problem of contract interpretation with customer resolves conflict if necessary; negotiates contract terms and budgets with clinical sites under the supervision of the manager
  • Reviews and edits clinical research contracts for compliance with applicable company policy and well as applicable regulations
