Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent

Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business

Experience working in high volume recruiting/talent acquisition. 2-3 years preferred.

Experience working with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) (we currently leverage Workable as our ATS)

Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit with Paro

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance

Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a contract or agency setting, with a focus on finance and accounting roles.

Strong understanding of finance and accounting positions, job market dynamics, and industry-specific qualifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Understand role requirements, define interview plans/teams, finalize job descriptions, and align expectations with hiring managers.

Utilize tools such as Greenhouse (ATS), Slack, IronClad (document management), and Google Drive/Calendar/Gmail.

Proactively conduct market research to stay updated on external market trends and apply that knowledge to enhance our hiring strategies.

2-4 years of strong experience in a corporate environment implementing a wide range of recruiting programs and processes

Experience using value added metrics and reporting systems to measure results
