How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

• Support time-sensitive negotiations for the Agreements being contemplated and ensure timely contract development to achieve schedule milestones
• Develop agreements with outside customers to include but not limited to, airlines, leasing companies and traders
• Develop and maintain electronic database of all contracts, including management of contracts, closing checklists, APEX Vendor Management, and other administrative functionality within SalesForce or Delta Air Lines approved systems
• Develop and maintain standard agreement templates through collaboration with the Delta Law Department
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and implement change
• Ensure approval and proper execution of all contractual documents

• Works well under pressure and lead multiple initiatives and timelines simultaneously
• Highly effective written and verbal communicator
• Ability to communicate effectively across Delta Air Lines and Delta TechOps stakeholders related to commercial and contractual status and resolution
• Competent understanding of industry regulations as they pertain to aviation related transactions preferred
• Problem solving, solution minded approach to collaboration
• Juris doctorate preferred
• Proficient in use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS & Salesforce
