About The Role

The HRIS Manager will help design and manage all systems initiatives while ensuring the smooth operation of HRIS processes. Reporting to the Vice President, People Operations & Total Rewards your expertise will help guide strategic HR systems improvements, collaborating with team members at all levels, and ensuring the highest quality output.

About You

• You have a track record in implementing and delivering new functionality within Workday, including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Benefits, Advanced Compensation and Reporting
• You have hands-on configuration and maintenance experience with Workday during implementations
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS roles involving Workday systems implementation, support, and reporting
• You have excellent project management skills
• You understand HR processes and their technical support within complex global organizations
• You have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work with team members to meet deliverables
• Knowledge of integrating Workday with peripheral applications (Benefits Cloud Connect, Core Connector, custom EIB, or Workday Studio)

A day in the life of our HRIS Manager

• You will collaborate with team members across the organization to define HRIS capabilities and embed technology-enabled processes into the regular course of business
• You will create short-term and long-term strategies to improve Workday usage and provide training for the People Operations team
• You will enhance Workday to support end-to-end processes that provide a modern and satisfying employee experience
• You will improve adoption and understanding of HRIS systems within the People Operations team, promoting process improvements and identifying new opportunities
• You will lead the development and administration of Workday, our primary People Operations platform, aligning it with our goals and evolving existing processes
• You will improve data management and governance within the Workday platform
• You will help build new HRIS plans and process enhancements
