What you’ll do…

We are looking for a detailed-oriented, driven, and resourceful professional to help the Supply Chain Organization manage purchase orders within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have experience in buying, procurement, and purchase order management. This role will help report to the Supply Chain Manager at the main office in an office/hybrid role.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:

• Prior experience with purchasing and supplier management
• Knowledge in purchasing electrical and mechanic components
• Staying focused and resilient through challenges
• Maintain strategic purchasing relationships and develop strong partnerships.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing support role

What you’ll need:

• Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate
• Ability to work with a team
• 2+ years experience in Supply Chain
• Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Microsoft Suite proficiency
• Track record of collaboration between internal and external partners

Physical requirements and working conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry up to 5 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
