Inceed has partnered with a thriving retail company to help find a skilled Procurement Manager, Marketing to join their team!

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies by efficiently managing the procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing of goods and services related to marketing activities. Your primary focus will be on managing relationships with social media influencers, marketing agencies, and overseeing enterprise-level project budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for marketing-related goods and services. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish beneficial partnerships to ensure the highest quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers, marketing agencies, and other vendors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, align vendor capabilities, and manage expectations throughout the procurement process.
• Budget Management: Develop and oversee enterprise-level project budgets for marketing initiatives. Monitor and control costs, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and providing accurate financial reports and analysis to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus.
• Strong knowledge and experience in working with social media influencers, social media platforms, and marketing agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level project budgets and provide financial analysis and reporting.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing procurement-related role, preferably within a corporate environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in the retail or ecommerce space is a plus
