Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in support of senior government stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs, as well as Google tools to manage Shared files

Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple taskings, and work in a fast-paced working environment

Experience with staff work within the Federal government space

What the management consultant will get to do:

Proficient in MS Office to include WORD / EXCEL / PowerPoint and ideally a project management software

Base level knowledge - interest in marketing

Communication (oral and written) and some presentation skills (to be developed further)

Ability to think through problems strategically and analytically, aptitude for problem-solving

Ability in writing (needed to assist in developing proposals and reports)

Proven experience leading and managing consulting projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and client management. 

Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to clients and senior management. 

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in process management, data analytics, and organizational design. 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 

Lead and manage projects, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful project delivery. 

Working knowledge of JIRA or other task-management systems.

Scheduling resources so that Management Consulting Team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.

Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and budget reporting.

Supporting project team members when implementing risk management strategies.

Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, SmartSheet software a plus.

Experience in managing or coordinating projects.
