Responsible for the development and execution of Georgia Institute of Technology's compliance training strategy and roadmap. Oversee a two-person team supporting the Institute-wide training program and providing accurate, timely and relevant reporting content, with professional look, tone, and feel for presentations to Key Stakeholders. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance, and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.
This position will interact on a regular basis with: Employees, Professional Education, HR, Title IX, IT, cybersecurity, and staff at all levels
This position typically will advise and counsel: The Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, the General Counsel, and individuals throughout the Institute to provide additional training
This position will supervise: Assigned staff
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -Develop the Compliance training strategy for the Institute's team of employees after consulting with internal and external stakeholders to determine training needs
Job Duty 2 -Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
Job Duty 3 -Create instructor guides, PowerPoints, hands-on labs, webinars, job aids and assessments in collaboration with others in OGC
Job Duty 4 -Lead and manage the design and development of annual compliance training with other stakeholders as appropriate
Job Duty 5 -Collaborate with internal teams to stay up to date with new compliance requirements to properly respond to partner inquiries
Job Duty 6 -Ongoing compliance operations such as tracking and reporting on training completion
Job Duty 7 -LMS system administration including crafting curricula for compliance training rollouts, working with HR and others to build and validate groups required to assign training
Job Duty 8 -Develop and document compliance training processes
Job Duty 9 -Source and onboard vendors and contractors for training
Job Duty 10 -Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
Three to four years of job-related experience. Preferably experience in: Communication skills, project management skills, experience rolling out training across multiple areas, taking in information from cross-section of areas and distilling it into learning; understanding how to measure training effectiveness.

Certifications or licenses preferred: CCEP, Appropriate instructional design certification

ABILITIES
Strong ability to manage and maintain effective working relationships with diverse population, ability to perform and effectively make important decisions under pressure
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of webinar platforms, LMS systems, any in-design programs
SKILLS
Expert in written and verbal communication, data analytics, people management, problem-solving, customer service, organization, strong attention to detail, interpersonal relationship building, problem-solving, and creativity skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office products
