Job Summary:
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring Pinkerton's security vendor partners are meeting the terms of their agreements relative to compliance with local licensing laws and regulations, as well compliance with Pinkerton KPI's and other requirements as set forth by Pinkerton. The Compliance Manager is also responsible for managing vendor relationships to ensure that the company has access to the goods and services it needs to operate smoothly. This position can be based anywhere (remote) within the United States.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors, including pricing, and delivery terms.
- Maintaining and updating vendor information in the company's database.
- Monitoring vendor performance to ensure that they are meeting the agreed upon terms and standards.
- Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and onboard new vendors as needed, including coordinating the necessary paperwork and approvals.
- Managing vendor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree with two to five years' experience in compliance, strategic sourcing or vendor management, particularly in a security related environment. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
Competencies:
- Attentive to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills.
- Experience in negotiating contracts with vendors.
- Familiar with ERP tools such as Dynamics 365 (a plus).
- Experience with IT related concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of commonly used vendor management practices, strategic sourcing concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Experience in financial services and compliance reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Docusign.
- Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Working Conditions:

- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.

Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $85,000-$90,000/year.
