Are your opinions on compliance being heard?

As a Compliance Analyst, you will help support the company by creating, auditing, and maintaining policies and processes to ensure Qgiv complies with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Qgiv is used and trusted by thousands of non-profit organizations that are making the world a better place! You will use your experience in Compliance principles to maintain Qgiv’s policy and compliance requirements including legal regulations, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Level 1 compliance, Vendor Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity, and other internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Conduct training and education sessions for employees to promote a culture of compliance
• Develop, implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure company compliance
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all processes and procedures are compliant
• Investigate and report any compliance violations or concerns
• Assist in the facilitation of Risk Assessments and prepare assessment reports
• Work with external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience with compliance software and tools is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable
