About This Role


Wells Fargo is seeking an Open Banking Capabilities Product Analyst to join the Platform & Reliability team within Strategy, Digital, and Innovation. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.


In This Role, You Will


  • Be responsible for leading business analysis and providing subject matter expertise for technology initiatives.
  • Research and analyze internal and external product, industry and regulatory trends for further refinement of requirements.
  • Partner with technology through design phase, and testing team via QA and UAT to ensure the end product meets the requirements.
  • Generate custom reports summarizing business data for review by key stakeholders.
  • Lead project / systems documentation and proactively monitor & manage project schedules and deliverables and facilitate approvals according to Product Delivery governance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate work across cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations and other key business partners); collaborate with architects to review business cases and architecture/design documents.
  • Responsible for communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to analyze, interpret, and document requirements, business rules, business process flows and use cases using standardized templates for complex business problems and recommend comprehensive technology solutions.
  • Maintain product backlog and work with Product Owner to prioritize it as per the business need.
  • Perform Gap and Risk analysis, identify and communicate functional and technical risk associated with project development and delivery with stakeholders, team members and leadership.
Required Qualifications, US:


  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:


  • Competence with modern requirement management tools like JIRA, Confluence
  • 3+ years of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience
  • Ability to proactively examine gaps in the current tool suite and find opportunities to address pain points for our development, product teams, and our external clients
  • Experience using tools like Postman
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience supporting multiple large-scale projects in one or a combination of the following roles: publisher, product manager or business analyst
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, and Visio
  • Strong technical background and experience integrations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels including executives, customers, managers, and subject matter experts
  • 3+ years of Agile experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data conversion efforts and required testing/validation methodologies
  • Thrives in fast-paced agile, dynamic environment and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • 2+ years of experience in API modeling languages and annotation (YAML, Swagger)
  • SQL and Splunk experience, to create medium-complexity queries to access various data sources
Job Expectations:


  • Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days per week
Base Compensation Range:


Charlotte, North Carolina: $84,000 - $149,400


New York, New York: $100,800 - $179,200


Pay Range


$84,000.00 - $149,400.00 Annual
