Compliance Analyst Jobs

We are seeking a Payment Network Compliance Analyst for a global Fintech, firm (Paysafe). The position is located in Jacksonville, FL, and will require the incumbent.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate completion of reporting tasks, including regular business, performance reporting, data integrity compliance, and scheme behavioral fees
• Performs in-depth research for compliance-related inquiries from businesses stakeholders
• Oversee registration and ongoing service providers' compliance and reporting.
• Ensure team communications and correspondence is handled effectively.
• Collaborate with other Scheme Compliance Analyst(s) and backup compliance analysts in the management of scheme portal credentials
• Manage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers alike. Examples include the schemes and other 3rd party partners, plus, colleagues with whom regular interface is required.
• Support Scheme Compliance through participation at relevant internal and external meetings and event

• Conduct training and awareness meetings and workshops to educate and inform the business on scheme compliance topics.
• Achieve SLAs, KPIs, and targets to ensure service is delivered on time and quality.
• Take ownership of change projects, and other initiatives, in collaboration with service team leadership and the business
• Maintain and develop document repositories and online file share spaces.
• Manage multiple compliance processes that are complex in nature and may impact technical, operational, and scheme activities
• Support the Global Scheme Compliance team to deliver a world-class Scheme.
• Develop formal scheme compliance procedures, processes, and support materials
• Ensure scheme mandates, updates to rules and standards, and notifications are received, analyzed, understood, recorded, and communicated to relevant, business units to ensure the organization remains compliant with requirements.
• Be the point of escalation for scheme compliance service and quality performance issues that arise day-to-day for the gateway business, both internal and external
• Compliance service to business units globally

Requirements
Experience & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal; Communicating clearly and accurately to different audiences
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and moments of high workload while remaining focused and professional
• 5+ years of related experience where understanding scheme rules, and risk and compliance processes are a vital component to delivery.
• Strong understanding of Card Acquiring and other card scheme rules, regulations, technical (specification) requirements, and operational processes
• Experience with Data Integrity Programs preferred.
• Self-led approach with the ability to use initiative to solve challenges and seek ways to work smarter and more efficiently.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
