EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification

Project Management: Coordinates and assigns projects to team members. Monitors deliverables for alignment with standards. Ensures that deadlines are met.

Technical knowledge around Epic, voice activation software, Excel, Power Point, Word, LMS and authoring systems.

EXPERIENCE - 5 Years of Experience

Epic Certification (EPICCERT): Credentialed in at least one Epic application within 12 months after hire as needed.

Excellent inter-personal, communication, analytical, organizational, management, and negotiation skills are required

Experience developing programs for onboarding, and/or continuing education

Proven ability to support and lead cross-functional teams and provide project management support

Excellent computer skills and in-depth experience with applicable software programs are required (i.e., spreadsheets, databases, presentations, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in nursing education, Education or related field from an accredited college or university required

Display strong time management skills, including timely responsiveness to students, sites, and colleagues.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

60% Director of Training responsibilities and 40% Provision of direct clinical services.

Collaborates with operational and business leadership at this mental health organization to meet fiscal responsibilities and goals for the training programs.

Monitors and reports on all training experiences.

Supports interns in all aspects of their clinical training experiences.

In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Maintain partnerships with key collaborators across the organization, including operational and IT leaders that your team relies upon or serves.

Ensure that partnerships with other IT teams are collaborative and effective.

Understand and ensure proper maintenance of the tools and environments required for delivery of services.

Establishes metrics and status reporting to track outcomes for training.

To collate PO training needs and requirements and to develop programs which enhance the learning process and competency.

To research and recommend additional training and development areas, as required, to support Senior Leadership, Functional Heads and Line Managers.

Facilitate onboarding of new employees (primarily North America) and support line managers in their onboarding ‎of contract personnel‎.‎

To support qualification/requalification and other client audits and regulatory inspections representing the Training function as needed.

Ideally a Certified CRA from an established certification program

Experience in content creation & curriculum design in a CRO, Pharmaceutical, Biotech related environment

Advanced organizational and project management abilities, including the ability to work within tight deadlines on a range of projects.

Identifies knowledge gaps to improve efficiency and reduce time to proficiency.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Demonstrated leadership skills, including strong communication, presentation, written and interpersonal skills.

Basic non-investigator clinical skills related to site research roles required.

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities that support clinical improvement initiatives.

Manager of Clinical Training Services

Provide leadership to Subject Matter Experts with advanced degrees in psychological and educational assessment.

Manage multiple Contractors and Part-time Employees who build training content and deliver consulting services.

Manage and streamline processes for the delivery of world-class training services.

Review and approve training content to ensure clarity and consistency across offerings.

Experience developing psychological instruments and/or training others in their use.

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Work closely with the clinical experience team to help identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team.

High school diploma or equivalent with on-the-job training; associate degree; and clinical orthodontic experience.

5 years of experience performing all functions in an orthodontic office.

Experience successfully conducting group trainings to introduce new products or orthodontic protocols.

Familiar with Salesforce, MS Office suite; and proficient computer skills with the ability to use different treatment software and web tools.

Bachelor’s Degree OR a combination of education and experience

This position works fully onsite with some remote projects

Experience working as a Holter technician

LIMS experience is a bonus

Public speaking and/or presentation experience

Keeping training materials up to date

Work with operations team to understand and plan for implementation of the Practice Management System.

Configuration and set-up of new practices on the Practice Management System.

2-4 years’ experience working in a medical or dental practice.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Observation and discovery of current administrative and clinical processes (this is conducted on-site at practice locations)

Develop and deliver a training methodology that caters to the practice’s unique needs while aligning with best practices.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Assist with customer complaint-handling and management, as applicable.

Significant clinical experience including planning of cataract surgery, refractions/biometry and associated device operations.

Strong knowledge of the cataract patient diagnostic and evaluative process at the clinic level, including patient flow.

Strong understanding and OR experience related to Cataract Surgery.

Proven and excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Experience/Knowledge of IR/CT Suite, Operating Room Protocol and Sterile Technique.

Five or more years of work related medical industry (service or technology) or clinical experience

Must be able to pass background and motor vehicle checks and maintain Company standards regarding each of these requirements.

Excellent sales and communications’ skills (internally and externally).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Technical certification(s) in Web Development Technology or experience in working with e-learning and web authoring tools (e.g. Authorware, Flash, HTML, ASP)

Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of work experience.

Two (2) years of clinical experience

Designs, develops and delivers instructor lead training and e-learning strategies.

3+ years of experience in the hospital and/or healthcare industry

Experience in Cardiology and/or Respiratory Therapy an asset

Great interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills required

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Knowledge of Cardio Server software an asset

Equipment and Computer Software Skills and Abilities:

Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session

Training Coordinators should have at least 3 years of work experience.

Previous work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, Trainer or a similar role in a corporate environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration preferred or equivalent experience.
