JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the development and deployment of curriculum, content and resources to support clinical care sites involved with the CareQuest Institute programs, pilots and trainings. This position will be responsible for providing support to providers and care teams as they work to enhance prevention-focused, integrated, equitable, accessible and community-driven care within their practices. Individuals in this role will utilize their clinical backgrounds to support content development as well as support the clinical implementation of programs with participating clinical sites.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans, and tracks key clinical coaching activities
- With faculty and other project staff, designs and revises key documents and supporting materials
- Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with clinical practices, internal staff and project consultants and advisors,
- Provides thorough and timely customer service to project partners and stakeholders.
- Other duties as needed or required.
- Develops provider-focused training and coaching content that supports clinical implementation of CareQuest Institute Health Improvement programs. (This includes presentations, implementation guides and tools, and other content that promotes adoption of program/training goals)
- Works with internal marketing and education teams to translate clinical content to desired platforms, including learning management systems
- Facilitates meetings with program participant clinical practices to check on progress, problem solve challenges, and provide support
- Works directly with clinical care teams participating in CareQuest Institute programs and trainings to provide support and coaching as they transform their patient treatment protocols to align with program goals
- Collaborates with internal teams to understand training/coaching goals and design materials and content to support those goals.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of quality improvement processes and can apply concepts to oral health-focused value-based care and integrated care activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Ability to remain organized with multiple interruptions.
- Proficiency with computer software including MS Office Suite.
- Requires occasional travel
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with license in good standing and 2 years’ experience working in a clinical dental setting (public health experience preferred)
- Experience in instructional design and Learning Management Systems
- Well-organized and superior organizational, written and oral communication skills, particularly presentation skills.
- Experience in or knowledge of health care or related systems and quality improvement.
- Attends additional training as requested/deemed necessary
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, work autonomously, establish timelines and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in or knowledge of value-based care components and terminology.
- Master’s degree in Public Health or related field.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to travel or move about within and outside serviced facilities required.
- Manual dexterity and sitting is required in carrying out position own position responsibilities (i.e. use of personal computer).
- Incumbent must be able to communicate effectively.
