The Associate Literacy Product Specialist is an important role in the sales organization that focuses on supporting and enabling the sales team to more effectively position and sell Amplify solutions. The position will provide support to the product specialist and sales team across two primary areas: assisting product specialists as they support strategic customer and prospect meetings by communicating Amplify solutions as a product expert, and providing support to product specialists in developing sales support materials.


  • Maintain knowledge and expertise in K-8 educational trends
  • "Amplify’s COVID-19 vaccination policy requires all staff to provide proof of vaccination for in-person meetings unless an approved exemption is provided. “
  • Support and assist with product training to members of Sales team
  • Participate in Amplify Professional Development training and build knowledge as an Amplify branded trainer and presenter
  • Assist in development of sales support materials to reflect the best positioning and messaging of Amplify programs
  • Successfully troubleshoot and problem-solve as necessary
  • Work independently and effectively collaborate across teams
  • Work in partnership with product specialist team to support and develop active sales opportunities, partnering with educators through the curriculum review process
  • Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership with sales staff to develop, support, and close sales opportunities
  • Present the suite of Amplify Literacy materials to administrators and teacher committee teams


Basic Qualifications


  • 1-3 years experience in K-12 education
  • K-8 classroom instructing experience with an emphasis on Literacy
  • Presentation experience, preferably as a conference speaker or professional development
  • Expertise in the Science of Reading
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel (10-20%)
  • Bachelor’s Degree


Preferred Qualifications


  • Expertise with remote meeting platforms
  • Previous experience servicing the education market
  • Ability to collaborate, work on a team, take direction, and execute team plan
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
  • Understanding of the educational marketplace, and industry trends
  • Conversational intelligence –asking good questions and listening actively while speaking
  • Social Media Presence and awareness – attracting followers and promoting events
  • Experience creating and delivering a short multimedia presentation

The gross salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000.
