Job Description

CANDID is hiring a customer-focused Customer Support Representative for our mortgage marketing platform. You'll troubleshoot client issues, provide exceptional assistance, and deliver prompt resolutions. Join our dynamic team and create exceptional customer experiences in fintech mortgage marketing.


Responsibilities:


Customer Assistance & Issue Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, independently and efficiently
  • Serve as the frontline support for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues through various channels, including email and phone
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain accurate and comprehensive customer records.


Product Education & Training:

  • Educate clients on platform functionality, best practices, and utilization strategies to maximize their marketing efforts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of CANDID, Salesforce and its features, staying up-to-date with any updates or enhancements.
  • Identify patterns or recurring issues in customer inquiries and proactively propose solutions or process improvements.
  • Work with CSM to create and maintain self-help resources, user guides, and video tutorials, to empower clients with self-service options.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate customer needs and advocate for enhancements or bug fixes.


Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think quickly and multitask
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and systems, such as Salesforce, ticketing systems, coding and back end development.
  • Excellent ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience even in challenging situations.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably within the fintech industry or mortgage-related field.
