3+ years of experience in a client training or client success management role, preferably in the finance industry.

Strong understanding of SaaS, Online Brand Protection, and Brand Management.

Develop and manage client training programs to ensure successful adoption and usage of the company's software products.

Experience developing and delivering training programs for software products.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Bachelor or above degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, with 5+ years’ experience as a software engineer;

Knowledge of one or more types of toolchains or compilers including but not limited to LLVM, Clang, GCC, JIT, JAVAC;

Experience with performance/code optimization techniques is a plus.

Analyze and design effective compiler optimization;

Implement or enhance code generation targeting mobile platforms;

Analyze and improve the efficiency of our toolchains and build systems with compiler techniques;

Deep cross-channel media knowledge and experience

Deep Pharma media experience across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer, etc.)

Proactively self-educates on PHM, Publicis Groupe, and client business functions, capabilities, tools, and processes

Exerts lateral influence to manage approximately 80 cross-functional employees
