Previous client management experience is mandatory

More than 8 years’ experience in Financ e

Market knowledge about payment system an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management

Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with excel

Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an asset

Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3

Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

Proven senior level experience in agency account management or in-house marketing managing stakeholders.

Manage and/or mentor junior level talent.

Minimum 6 years of related work experience

Experience in paid digital channels.

Experience in creating, controlling, and maintaining budgets.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Three years Sales and/or Account Management Experience

Ability to be adaptable with excellent time management skills

Manage operational functions within the team such as defined process, productivity, product/service offerings, metrics, and budgeting

Execute Account Management department plans to drive long term company-driven deliverables

Meet or exceed all assigned key performance metrics as defined by management

Backup account management support of top tier clients
