CE Broker, EverCheck & Immuware are sister products under one umbrella.
The CE Broker solution is a full-lifecycle CE compliance platform for thousands of state and national licensure boards, agencies, associations, and millions of licensed professionals, and its accompanying Marketplace provides access to thousands of accredited learning courses.
The EverCheck solution monitors healthcare compliance for over 300 hospital networks nationally, providing daily updates for license verification.
The Immuware solution includes innovative vaccination management and illness tracking software, plus streamlined compliance status dashboards that increase accountability and take the guesswork out of identifying compliance gaps.
Immuware is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and expand our web software application development and system implementations practice in this 100% remotely-based role.

About the Role:
Implementation Specialists execute multiple Immuware implementations at a time, which typically involves:
  • Identifying the desired “future state” solution/design
  • Assist with post-delivery user support to client teams
  • Proactively communicate project status updates as relates to configuration and product questions, progress, and risks to project manager and client stakeholders
  • Lead functional requirements gathering sessions with clients for workflows and various integrations:
  • Independently perform configuration and implementation of integrations based on requirements gathered
  • Participate in and/or coordinate required testing/validation of system functionality, enhancements and fixes
  • Consult with internal teams to ensure clear project tasks, priorities, and deadlines, and to ensure project goals and tasks are being met on time and as expected
  • Participate in and/or coordinate required testing/validation of system functionality, enhancements, and fixes
  • Coordinate with development team for resolution of defects or production issues
  • Effectively understand business decisions and communicate their impact on technical requirements, priorities and deadlines to internal parties
  • Interfacing with internal teams, integration experts, and clients to clearly define and document requirements
  • Building consensus through collaborative analysis/design, with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead client user training
  • Work closely with project managers and internal teams to create all project planning and execution documentation including clear business requirements documentation, etc.
  • Raise any issues to Project Manager and implement workaround processes in system emergency or crisis situations, corrective action, communication, and system clean-up activities
  • Recommend and execute on process and product enhancement opportunities during day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with development team, project manager, and client to drive a system configuration that satisfies client needs and for resolution of defects or production issues
About You:
  • You are able to balance varying priorities and handle multiple projects, with a high level of service orientation.
  • You possess a working knowledge of the software/application development lifecycle.
  • You maintain a proactive, results oriented attitude.
  • You maintain a firm understanding of the needs/asks of business stakeholders and will critically evaluate a client request to clearly understand the underlying need.
  • You are effective in driving tasks forward with both internal and external stakeholders, and working with a wide range of people.
  • You have 2+ years of experience working with multiple external-facing clients including Enterprise level (10,000+ employees).
  • You exhibit strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce comprehensive documentation that is error-free, technically accurate, and well-timed.
  • You have 2-4 years as an Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst / Software Configuration Specialist, or comparable combination.
  • You demonstrate strong problem-solving and planning/organization skills.
  • You have a superb work ethic and the flexibility to work within an environment of constantly changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
  • You possess a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.) and/or Google Workspace applications.
  • You have meticulous attention to detail.
  • You work independently, and also thrive in highly collaborative project teams, consisting of both technical and business members (internal and client).
  • You possess strong verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills; proactive communication, collaboration, and professionalism are essential in this role.
Bonus if:
  • You have an extensive working knowledge of the software application development lifecycle.
  • You have experience using Jira.
  • You have experience working with the healthcare industry.
  • You possess a strong knowledge of current industry standards and technologies.
  • You have experience building, testing, and deploying applications.

This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects. This job is open to candidates authorized to work in the US and located within US borders.
Compensation Range: $55K - $90K
