Plan and implement new Client Accounts using strong organizational and project management skills

2+ years’ experience in a related role; Early Intervention Program knowledge a plus

Project manage clients through their implementation of Updater product offerings, with specific focus on the multifamily business offerings.

This role is remote, but needs to be US based. We are not currently able to offer sponsorship for this role.

Implementation experience: 2+ years in Client Implementation onboarding and training clients

Experience working within a SaaS or enterprise software-related field

Experience in the B2B2C world

8+ years of project management experience in enterprise healthcare technologies

Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)

Possess the following skills: communication, time management, problem-solving, and relationship-building

Manages Risk Management plan to identify, document, define mitigation plans, track, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, barriers, and dependencies

Expertise in designing and implementing modern program and project management methodologies and tools

Experience or knowledge of the Payment Integrity or FWA (fraud, waste and abuse) industry strongly preferred

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans tailored to each client's requirements, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment.

Proven experience of 4-7 years in implementing and managing health-based technology solutions for clients; direct pharma-vendor program experience strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients at all levels.

Excellent data entry skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel

Experience working in a client service, customer service, or systems integration environment: 1-2 years

Experience in customer-facing environments with daily customer interaction

Minimum of 6 years progressive IT project management experience.

Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform Job responsibilities.

Manage a workload of 20-25 medium size Migration, Colocation, Public Cloud and Managed Service projects at one time.

Oversee technical and managerial aspects of new client implementations and existing client upgrades.

Creates and executes project work plans and revises when appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Minimum of 6 years direct, externally facing customer implementation experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or programme management

Previous experience in direct or matrix management of large teams

Effective leadership, people management, communications and influencing skills

Hold relevant project management qualifications (e.g. Prince II, Agile)

Ensure risks are accounted for and that an appropriate risk management process is in place and followed appropriately by the team

Manage key implementation objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and success criteria in collaboration with the sponsor and other stakeholders

Project management experience and knowledge of project management principles, preferred

Experience in the health insurance industry with experience in healthcare and employee benefits, physician/adjunct/ancillary/medical insurance billing requirements and payment reconciliation procedures

Support service implementations for new and/or existing clients and complete ongoing service management tasks

Support the new service implementation and ongoing service management for existing employer and health plan clients

Assist with project management and maintain key documentation, such as project plans, client deliverables, activities, and timelines as needed

Understanding of claims payment processing and medical management processes is required.
