Responsibilities
Unleash your business acumen to understand client needs and present compelling solutions using Epsilon's capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver objective-based solutions tailored to our clients' unique requirements.
Craft customized sales opportunities that address clients' specific challenges and support their growth objectives.
Foster strong relationships with key decision makers in marketing, merchandising, and media within client organizations, gaining deep account penetration.
Bring deals to fruition through consultative sales and solution-oriented approaches, effectively negotiating and closing contracts.
Requirements
3-5+ Years of Professional Sales & Marketing Business Experience.
An all-round marketer familiar with various channels, from online and direct mail to catalogs and newspapers.
A self-motivated go-getter who can identify opportunities, drive new business, and close sales effectively.
Skilled in assessing client objectives and devising tailored communication strategies for display advertising.
Comfortable with consultative sales and adept at presenting solutions.
Possess strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
Solid understanding of analytic tools and quantitative methodologies.
Knowledgeable about marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills across all levels of an organization.
Thrives in a collaborative team environment and values teamwork.
Demonstrated experience in Sales & Business Development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Management software (e.g., Salesforce.com).
Qualifications
BA/BS with a strong academic record (Preferred, not required).
Experience in Digital Media Solutions and Digital Advertising.
Proficiency in Excel Analytics to derive valuable insights from data.
Relevant AdTech experience, a definite plus!
Attractive Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000
