You will be THE point person for clients after they invest in our program and you will be their guide on their journey with us.
MCI helps women heal past traumas that impact relationships, attract great guys into their lives, and connect with men in ways that keep the guys.
Our mission is to help heal the divide between men and women in the west and make lasting relationships something that people want again.
We believe in ownership, safety, healing, service, compassion and authentic empowerment.
What is most important about the Client Care Specialist we seek is that you appreciate and are passionate about helping women attract great guys into great relationships where they feel safe, seen, and valued.
Beyond this requirement, a Client Care Specialist’s typical day includes:
- Checking in with, monitoring, and tracking client behavior, interaction and results.
- Communicating with clients consistently about their goals, their actions and managing their expectations to increase adherence, results, referrals, testimonials and renewals/upsells
- Identifying friction points in the client experience and reporting back to your manager so that improvements in the client journey can be made
- Being able to do operational tasks like keeping tracking up to date while creating great and long-lasting relationships with our clients
- Reporting to the head of fulfillment daily/weekly/monthly on the KPIs agreed upon for the department to ensure that the company is doing a great job of managing and meeting client expectations
These types of tasks require you to have:
- Organizational skills that enable you to quickly answer client’s questions or allow a colleague to seamlessly fill in for you.
- Written communication featuring precise grammar, spelling, and active voice, even for email and text messaging.
- Verbal communication featuring fluent English, exceptional listening, and an assertive service-oriented attitude.
- Technology skills that enable you to quickly learn new apps and technologies.
- Professional attitude and appearance (your clients will see you on Zoom).
- Coaching skills that empower you to guide a client toward being fully bought in and in action throughout the program
This is a part-time contractor role that will evolve into full-time over the next 6 months. Your workspace will be your own home office. It must be a professional-looking workspace with no ongoing background noise and non-work interruptions or distractions.
A professional-looking Zoom background is acceptable. You will need to provide your own functional laptop or desktop system. We will provide the apps you will need for this job.
