Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: As the CTO, you will be responsible for defining the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Reitrades. You will guide the technical direction of the platform, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Platform Development: Collaborate with the founding team to further develop and refine the Reitrades platform. Lead the design, architecture, and development of cutting-edge marketplace/proptech/fintech software that will drive the success of the platform.

Technology Stack: Assess, select, and implement the most suitable technology stack, ensuring it supports scalability, security, and high-performance to meet the demands of our growing user base.

Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the marketplace, proptech, and fintech sectors. Continuously explore opportunities to enhance our platform's features and user experience.

Security and Compliance: Champion data security and privacy measures, ensuring the platform adheres to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven history in building and leading marketplace, proptech, or fintech software/platforms is essential. A track record of successfully developing and scaling technology products is highly desirable.

Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in software development, databases, and cloud-based technologies. Proficiency in AI and data-driven technologies will be a significant advantage.

Visionary Leadership: Demonstrated ability to set and communicate a compelling technical vision, inspiring the team and stakeholders to work towards shared goals.

Strategic Thinking: Adept at identifying strategic opportunities and translating them into actionable plans that drive business growth.
