Leadership Opportunity
We're looking for an inspiring Chief People Officer to join our executive leadership team and help shape our success story! Reporting directly to the CEO, this visionary leader will craft strategies that nurture talent and build a vibrant culture in our corporate offices and across our autism care clinics. - Participate in professional development and networking conferences and events
- Policy Creation and Implementation: Enhance/develop, implement, and administer human resources policies and procedures through systems that will improve our overall operations and effectiveness. Research, develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee-incentive programs.
- Data-Driven Approach:
- Develop recommendations for implementation and use of metrics and analytics to assess current processes and add areas for improvement across all human resources functions
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion: Develop and implement corporate diversity and inclusion strategies, including recruitment, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and retention.
- Workforce Planning:
- What You’ll Be DoingBusiness Partnerships: Provide overall leadership and guidance to business leaders and the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits during periods of high growth and transformation.
- Partner with leaders to understand and anticipate hiring and development needs against the capabilities needed to deliver business objectives
- Perform due diligence on acquisition targets and help assimilate acquired facilities
- Prepare updated workforce plans and forecasts that support overall business goals
- Best In Class Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop a talent acquisition strategy to provide a constant pipeline of top-tier, diverse talent to support our short and long-term growth initiatives
- Assist with resolving human resources, compensation, and benefits issues
- Provide guidance and leadership to the HR management team
- Strategy & Goal Mapping: Define, communicate and gain organizational alignment around employee development strategy. Drive the implementation and execution of high-impact, business-centered learning leadership programs.
- Use a data-driven approach to identify trends and recommend proactive employee performance, retention, and engagement solutions
Requirements
Education and Work-Experience Requirements
- Human resources management: 10+ years (Required)
- Healthcare management: 10 years (Required)
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (Preferred)
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a combination of experience and education
- Senior leadership: 10 years (Required)
- Relationship Management: 10 years (Required)
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)
- Strategic Planning: 10 years (Required)
- Willingness to Travel: 25-50%
- Nation-wide Human Resources: 10 years (Required)
- C-Suite Business Acumen: 10 years (Required)
Expertise Needed
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems
- Previous experience in multi-site oversite
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
