Chief Medical Officer Jobs

We are searching for a professional and experienced Chief Medical Officer who will be a key member to our Executive Team, the CMO will be responsible to lead the clinical vision of our hellocare products by providing clinical direction, regulatory strategy, product development and a strategic roadmap driving our innovations towards our set end goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to collaborate and develop clinical integration opportunities with owners and other health delivery systems to achieve affordable outcomes through our healthcare platform;
• Keep abreast of emerging models in health care delivery; identify and define new and innovate strategies to achieve business goals and objectives;
• Play a primary role in the interviewing and selection of new physicians
• Leads in providing an environment in which the medical providers follow and abide by the ethics of the medical profession, all applicable federal, state and local laws and ordinances; and any and all policies adopted by AHC;
• Leads planning for the development of new telehealth solutions;
• Handles confidential information as defined in AHC’s policies;
• Other duties, projects and responsibilities as determined by the CEO
• “Go to” clinical resource for major new business/business development opportunities
• Contribute insight and intelligence regarding emerging models in health care delivery, as well as CMS/Leapfrog/Medicare and other state and/or federal legislative and regulatory programs that may impact our offering or our clients
• Develop and implement strategic goals related to the quality improvement, management programs and accreditation standards;
• Leads and implements the telehealth clinical direction for hellocare;
• Travel as needed.
• Participate in executive management business and clinical strategy development and implementation;
• Fosters a culture of best clinical, workflow and business practices, metrics-based analysis, continuous improvement, accountability, customer and peer service-orientation
• Provide clinical guidance, support and education to the Product Owners of our telemedicine solution;
• Promote collaboration to both internal and external healthcare members and partners;

Your Profile:

• Board certified in one of the primary care specialties
• Technology savvy
• Current, full and unrestricted medical license.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Medicine
• Experience in leading Clinical Performance Improvement Programs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; results and decisive orientation; demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills; demonstrated willingness and ability to integrate clinical and business objectives; unifying and winning personality
