Chief Revenue Officer Jobs

Jafton is a leading app development agency that creates innovative and user-friendly apps for various platforms and industries. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Chief Revenue Officer to join our team and help us grow our client base and revenue.

As a Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for:

- For aligning sales, marketing, and other revenue-focused functions to achieve business objectives

- Analyzing market trends, developing competitive strategies, and collaborating with various departments to optimize pricing, product development, and customer satisfaction

- Presenting and demonstrating Jafton’s app development capabilities and portfolio to decision-makers and influencers

- Negotiating and closing contracts that meet both Jafton’s and clients’ expectations

- Collaborating with internal teams such as developers, designers, project managers, and marketers to ensure client satisfaction and retention

- Keeping track of market trends, competitors, and customer needs

- Be responsible for operations, sales, corporate development, marketing, pricing, and revenue management

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A willingness to travel frequently within your territory and occasionally to other locations
• Experience managing large teams of people and generating alignment and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in finance, business, accounting, statistics or a related subject.
• Significant years of experience (5-7+) in roles related to revenue operations, like customer success, marketing, sales, or product development.
• A strong understanding of app development concepts, technologies, and solutions
• Significant understanding and comfortability with data and how to use data to make informed business decisions.
• More than 10 years of experience in business or finance.
• A self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
