Job Details

Technology Strategy and Vision

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Develop and communicate the company's technology vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth plans.

IT Infrastructure and Operations

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and cybersecurity measures.
• Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of technology systems, minimizing downtime and mitigating potential risks.

Software Development and Integration

• Lead the development and integration of custom technology solutions tailored to the real estate development industry, streamlining processes and optimizing project management.
• Facilitate the seamless integration of various technology platforms and applications to enhance cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Digital Transformation and Innovation

• Champion the adoption of digital technologies, including IoT, AI, data analytics, and smart building solutions, to enhance property development and operational efficiency.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance customer experiences, and leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.

Cybersecurity and Data Protection

• Establish and enforce best practices for cybersecurity to safeguard sensitive company and customer information.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.

Vendor and Partner Management

• Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee service-level agreements.
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers to leverage external expertise and resources effectively.

Team Leadership and Development

• Mentor and develop team members, identifying training opportunities and fostering a talent-driven environment.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Budgeting and Resource Management

• Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective investments in technology resources and projects.
• Prioritize technology initiatives based on business impact and strategic objectives.

Qualifications And Experience

• In-depth knowledge of real estate technology trends, property development systems, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• 12+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the real estate development industry or a related field.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and software development methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or business-related qualification is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives, implementing innovative technology solutions, and achieving business objectives.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on team-building and talent development.
