Benson Executive Search is partnering with a successful and expanding multi-state organization to find its new Chief People Officer. Reporting to a passionate CEO and partnering with an energized and committed executive leadership team, this head of human capital will be part of this organization's transformation as it creates a best in class human capital function.
As a core member of the executive team, this people leader will demonstrate a functional expertise in HR that will drive and lead the organization through careful alignment of HR strategies, approaches, and programs that support the business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and drive HR technology agenda in close partnership with Tech leadership. Provide robust timely analytics and reporting, helping drive decision making and planning. Reassess how UKG is being used and deployed; make changes to ensure its effectiveness.
- Establish a strong Total Rewards strategy including streamlining benefits and establishing compensation consistencies.
- Lead a strategic workforce planning agenda to enable the next great generation of employees.
- Create a talent review process that engages senior leadership in assessing and developing talent across the enterprise to ensure a strong bench of talent to meet current and future business needs.
- Develop Culture in collaboration with executive leadership, help drive the development of meaningful values for the system and align on the HR functional areas to drive those values across the Pyramid. Develop practices that foster a high performing, accountable, and engaged workforce.
- Continue to elevate the HR team to create and execute sustainable, perpetual and programmatic approaches.
- Support the ongoing evolution of the leadership development strategy and ensure its execution.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience leading human resources at a high-growth, mid- to large-size, healthcare organization.
- The ability to become a trusted advisor to members of the executive team and maintains the tools to drive the effectiveness of the top leaders.
- Strong proven experience in leading change and growth.
