Job Description

Chief of People

Indianapolis, IN (relocation bonus available)

Up to $200,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Relocation

The company:

Our client is a is a unique and creative restaurant group. They have 3 brands within their group, with multiple locations throughout the Midwest. The group are looking for their new Chief of People, do you have what it takes?


The Role:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures across all locations
  • Resolve HR related issues as they arise
  • Lead a team of 4 direct reports
  • Oversee the entire organizations recruitment and onboarding process
  • Follow, update, and implement new employment legislation
  • Plan and implement employee benefits, payroll and health and safety procedures

The Person:

  • Relevant qualifications within human resources
  • Proven record of managing and leading a team
  • MUST come from hospitality/ restaurants background
  • Someone who thrives in a high-volume environment
  • Experience working across multiple states
  • Extremely motivated, self-starter
  • Bubbly, positive, outgoing attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
