Covered California is searching for our next Chief of Consumer Technology Solutions to join the Information Technology Division. We are looking for an individual that can deliver high-quality consumer products that help achieve our organization's mission of providing affordable high-quality healthcare to Californians. The incumbent should be a leader, a strong communicator, and a strategic thinker. As the Chief of Consumer Technology Solutions, you will be coordinating with stakeholders, participating in decision-making and executive level planning, and monitoring all activities related to the technology supporting Consumer Technology Services. Qualifications We’re Looking For:

· Demonstrated experience leading teams using Agile frameworks, human centered design practices, consumer research, and intuitive UI/UX design to deliver solutions supporting complex consumer transactions including comparative shopping, nudging and choice architectures, chatbots and artificial intelligence.

· Demonstrated experience coordinating with executives across the divisions of marketing, sales, policy, and service to deliver best-in-class and consistent consumer experiences.

· Experience developing and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams with direct and matrixed staff.

· Experience coordinating with a variety of stakeholders including other government entities, co-sponsors, oversight agencies, advocates, and others.

· Experience managing large vendor teams and coordinating with partners to deliver value on time and budget.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to distill complex, often technical information to a variety of audiences, including developing and presenting information to senior executive audiences.
