Chief Human Resources Officer

Meet is excited to partner with a startup Biotech company out of the greater Boston, MA area. Currently a team size of 35, they are pioneering a new space within drug biologics and offering a remote-flex workstream and immense growth opportunities across the company.

They are actively searching for an esteemed Chief Human Resources Officer to run talent and HR strategy for the business along with necessary succession planning and change management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze HR trends and metrics in partnership with leadership to develop solutions along with establishing necessary HR objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Oversee and directly manage the delivery of all HR solutions to the business.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic consultation and guidance to senior leaders related to the implementation and management of the people strategy, business initiatives, and organizational changes.

Requirements:

• College degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• Previous experience leading teams in a Biotechnology environment is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years experience working as an HR executive in the Life Sciences.
• Experience building high performing HR teams is required.
• Proficient in working with MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
