Job Description
The Staff Pad is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer in Dallas, Texas. Our client is a leading player in the trucking industry and in need of an innovative and results-oriented CHRO.


As the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be a pivotal force in shaping the strategic trajectory of our organization by skillfully managing all facets of human resources. The ideal candidate will bring forth a proven track record of over 10 years in Human Resources Management, showcasing expertise in Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and a resolute commitment to driving rapid change.


Responsibilities:


  • Stay attuned to industry trends and cutting-edge HR practices, actively incorporating pertinent strategies into the organizations fabric.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to architect and deploy competitive compensation and benefits schemes designed to allure, retain, and incentivize employees.
  • Champion and oversee the HR team, nurturing a culture of collaboration and high-performance.
  • Cultivate an affirmative and inclusive workspace, championing diversity and equal opportunities for all.
  • Devise and execute a comprehensive Human Resources strategy that harmonizes with the companys overarching objectives.
  • Originate and implement employee training and development programs tailored to augment skill sets and foster career advancement.
  • Direct the performance management lifecycle, including the formulation of objectives, performance evaluations, and personalized growth roadmaps.
  • Generate regular HR reports and metrics, furnishing leadership with insights that underpin data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the charge in talent acquisition endeavors, ensuring the recruitment, selection, and seamless onboarding of exceptional candidates spanning diverse departments.
  • Spearhead transformative organizational initiatives, introducing pioneering strategies and processes that elevate employee engagement, performance, and contentment.
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and ensure adherence to pertinent employment laws and regulations.


Requirements


  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal acumen, adept at fostering connections across all organizational tiers.
  • Possession of a recognized HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is an added advantage.
  • Robust grasp of industry best practices and trends in the realm of Human Resources.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a distinct advantage.
  • Thorough understanding of pertinent employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and nurturing high-performing HR teams.
  • Proven capacity to instigate change and expedite initiatives with precision and efficacy.
  • Strategic mindset aligned with the capability to align HR strategies with overarching business aspirations.
  • A minimum of 10 years in progressively responsible roles within Human Resources Management, prominently featuring Proficiency in Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits.
